Now in on my 3rd journey, preschool and lower school art teacher then entrepreneur now fulfilling my lifetime dream of being an artist. I paint everyday, it is what I do . I opened a gallery, Old Crow Gallery in St. Francisville Louisiana a few weeks ago. I show my work and that of my artist friends.
Art is essential and is what nourishes my soul. It is how I express myself to the world. I paint thoughts, dreams, motion, color and am inspired daily by music and nature. Most of my work would be called abstract or expressionistic perhaps but not always. I love most of all the exploration and the puzzle of painting so I try new things and different techniques often.

After that there was a move to Pennsylvania and many years of teaching. In 1998 she moved to St. Francisville, Louisiana and with her grown son created BirdMan Coffee Shop. It became a family endeavor with her daughter and 2nd husband a big part of it. Leaving that behind 20 years later she now is thankful to be able to devote her time to painting and her family including two wonderful grandsons. Creativity is a huge part of all in her family which nurtures her own work.
